Welcome. Corter Leather is a super-small, one man operation. Every product is 100% hand made by maker Eric Heins in a small apartment studio in Boston, Massachusetts. Each piece is designed in house, cut by memory, hand punched, and hand sewn. Templates are never made, so no two pieces perfectly alike. 

Custom Orders Due to overwhelming demand of stock items, Corter Leather is not able to take custom orders as of 5.20.2011.

I've always shared this journey in full disclosure. Corter is growing at an amazing speed, and I'm proud of what I've done as a one-man company with the For Japan bracelets, the guitar picks, and now the bottle hooks. In light of the amazing success of the bottle hook on Kickstarter and this review , I've decided to take a few weeks to fill all current shop orders, new stockist orders, get the Kickstarter rewards filled and restructure a bit before summer. I know internet comments are to be taken lightly, but I do not want any question as to the integrity of what I make or my service....this has never been questioned before, and I will do my best to make sure it will never be questioned again. The past couple months have seen orders going out faster than ever, and it's often true that of 1,000 orders you'll only hear about the 5 issues. However, I want everyone to have full confidence when placing their order, and most importantly I want to be able to supply everyone that wants Corter goods as fast as possible while keeping price down and quality up. Call it a stupid business decision, but I don't care-this feedback needs to be big and bold at the top of the homepage.

 Available stock is in the shop. These are made and ready to ship out. Expect a whole new customer service experience in 4-5 weeks, and make sure to keep informed by following along with @Corter on Twitter!
